Renslade House is a ten storey concrete frame office block with a three storey podium structure either side. The podium consists of a lower car park level, first and second floor offices and a flat roof which appears to be of similar construction to the floors.
The development proposed, which for planning permission has been granted is to extend radically both the existing Eastern and Western podium structures with 2 storey of new structures. Both podiums shall also have an extension of its development foot print towards the boundaries. This planning application will provide student accommodation units with associated facilities and landscape. Additionally, hotel accommodation units are being provided within the eastern podium structure.
The works will be phased allowing the existing employment within the central office block to be maintained until January 2018. Existing Car Parking will be utilised as part of the construction site.
The development will be called Uavend House upon completion.
Crowne Development – Kings Cross
We have just completed a full hotel refurbishment to the holiday inn kings cross which we have converted into a Crowne Plaza. The hotel includes 429 bedrooms and bathrooms, 25 of which were brand new on a new mezzanine floor which we installed. We completed the bloom kitchen and bar and fitted out the Belgo restaurant too.
