Connor Construction is a hotel and high-end residential specialist. This has provided the backbone of our business with 70% of our turnover over the last 20 years achieved on Central London hotel refurbishments, re-fits, conversions and alterations and 30% of turnover coming from residential projects, both new build and refurbishment.

We have a good reputation in this highly specialised field and we believe that our performance has been borne out of a high level of repeat business with over 75% of our Central London hotel projects being secured as repeat business following successful delivery for our Clients.

Since our inception in 1999 Connor Construction have undertaken over 80 Central London hotel projects, refurbishing over 5,000 rooms. We can state with complete integrity that all works have been carried out on time to an extremely high quality and in many instances following considerable amendments to the original works scope.

In addition to the hotel projects, we have also completed a significant number of residential projects over the past 10 years, all of which have been either entirely new build or involved a significant element of new build.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our finishes and our ability to achieve programme dates.

We can also state with complete honesty that we have never brought a Commercial Claim under the Building Contract to any of our Clients. All additional works instructed by our Clients are valued in a totally “open book” manner and settled to their absolute satisfaction.
